Zarthost No Deeso

Zarthost No Deeso falls on the 11th day of the 10th month of the Zoroastrian calendar. Somewhere in June, according to the Georgian calendar. This day is the death anniversary of Zoroaster - the prophet, on which No special function or celebrations take place on this day. People go to the Fire temple and offer prayers. They listen to the preachers there, who spread the awareness about the life of Zoroaster.

Zoroaster is said to be murdered at the age of 77. Some say he was killed in the Fire temple by the Turanian army. Some say that Zoroaster didn’t die, he ascended in the skies, and some other person died at his place, whereas some say that Zoroaster died in sleep. But people believe that Zoroaster saved this world from getting destructed, so they give honor to him by reciting prayers and thanking him.
